OTHR$150k–$190k/yrFull-time

About the role

Tomorrow is partnering with an independent global experiential agency that creates immersive, design-led experiences for some of the world's leading luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.

They are looking for a Director or Associate Director of Experiential + Client Experience to take a central role within their US new business team. This is a hands-on, client-facing position focused predominantly on inbound briefs and RFPs: leading discovery conversations, shaping strategic and creative responses, coordinating pitch teams and ensuring every proposal is compelling, commercially sound and achievable.

The role calls for someone who can combine polished client leadership and strategic thinking with enough production knowledge to assess feasibility, budgets and delivery requirements. You will act as the final eyes on each pitch, before leading the initial handover to the production team once the work is won.

Responsibilities

  • Lead inbound briefs and RFPs from initial client conversation through to pitch, award and production handover.
  • Run discovery calls, interrogate briefs and translate client ambitions into clear internal direction.
  • Shape pitch narratives, experiential strategies and presentations alongside creative and production teams.
  • Manage fast-moving RFP timelines, ensuring responses remain focused, polished and accountable to the brief.
  • Identify suitable venues, partners, talent and collaborators to strengthen proposals.
  • Ensure creative ideas are culturally relevant, financially viable and achievable within the proposed timing.
  • Build pitch budgets and scopes of work with a strong focus on profitability and commercial accountability.
  • Lead client presentations and confidently communicate the thinking, value and feasibility behind each response.
  • Act as the final reviewer across strategic, creative and production elements before submission.
  • Lead the initial handover when work is awarded, maintaining senior oversight through the transition into delivery.
  • Proactively identify and pursue target clients and new opportunities that align with the agency's positioning.
  • Manage and develop an Experiential Coordinator based in Los Angeles.
  • Help refine RFP processes and introduce greater consistency, efficiency and accountability across the team.
  • Stay closely connected to cultural, luxury and experiential trends across the US market.

Requirements

  • Around 6+ years of relevant agency experience across experiential, events, brand experience or an adjacent creative discipline.
  • Experience within luxury, fashion, beauty or lifestyle is highly desirable.
  • A strong track record of shaping and leading strategic responses to briefs, RFPs and pitch opportunities.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with the confidence to lead discovery calls and senior-level presentations.
  • The ability to turn limited or ambiguous information into a clear, persuasive and actionable response.
  • A strong understanding of experiential production, including feasibility, timings, budgets and delivery considerations.
  • Commercial awareness and experience developing profitable budgets and scopes.
  • Experience working across large-scale productions or complex, multi-market activations; exposure to budgets exceeding $2m would be beneficial.
  • A hands-on writing and storytelling ability, with the judgement to develop and refine pitch content personally.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain composed across competing deadlines and RFP turnarounds as short as five days.
  • A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-paced boutique agency environment.
  • Cultural awareness, strong taste and a genuine understanding of what resonates within the luxury and lifestyle space.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • An existing network is advantageous but not essential; curiosity, initiative and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities are more important.
  • A creative producer background would be valuable but is not required.
