Director of EVS & Housekeeping - MGM Grand Detroit

The Job

The Director of Housekeeping will provide direction and leadership for the Housekeeping, EVS and Uniforms team, consistent with the MGM Resorts brand. The candidate is responsible for leading the Housekeeping, EVS and Uniforms team in achieving operational and financial goals. The Director will monitor the performance, scheduling and training of the staff, maintaining the departments' guest service in accordance with MGM Resorts standards, ensuring high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.

The Ideal Candidate

• 4+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in the direction and management of employees in a similar hotel environment required
• 3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in housekeeping operations management required
• Technical knowledge and experience with HotSOS or other service optimization system required
• Bachelors degree preferred
