Director of Enterprise IT

About the role

The Director of Enterprise IT will lead the IT team at a premier health services client. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving technology strategy, ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems, and managing a team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure they meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work
• Ensure the availability and performance of critical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical needs
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of IT management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proven track record of leading IT teams to achieve strategic goals
• Experience with cloud computing and cybersecurity best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-level IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
