About the role

The Director of Enterprise Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial operations across the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of financial management principles and the ability to provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Experience with financial modeling and budgeting tools
