About the role
This role is designed to safeguard standards for Alpha's ambitious educational model. The objective is mission alignment rather than enrollment maximization.
Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of the enrollment lifecycle for prospective families, from initial outreach through onboarding completion.
- Facilitating needs-based discovery conversations to evaluate fit prior to solution presentation or pathway recommendations.
- Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment stages, maintaining transparent tracking of status and follow-up actions.
- Orchestrating campus visits, shadow day experiences, and decision-stage discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Ensuring CRM accuracy and enrollment data integrity (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, strategic prioritization, and service excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand integrity (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or entrepreneurial service operations).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding.
- Capacity to offer specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your own offering when fit was poor.
- Professional written correspondence experience with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK, or Southlake, TX.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

- Background in selective private school admissions or competitive program recruitment.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support functions.
- History of developing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
- Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely conversion speed.
