About the role

This role is part of Alpha, a school model integrating rigorous academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations. The objective is to enroll the right families to ensure alignment with the model's effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Facilitate needs-assessment discussions to evaluate fit prior to proposing solutions or next steps.
  • Oversee 20+ concurrent family relationships across various stages of enrollment, maintaining clear tracking of status and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct campus tours, shadow experiences, and decision-oriented conversations that transparently convey outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Keep CRM and enrollment data (HubSpot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service quality directly influences brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by a clear tracking and prioritization system.
  • Capacity to supply specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your product or service due to poor fit.
  • Professional written communication experience with senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or sophisticated clients.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of the following markets: San Rafael, CA; or Palo Alto, CA.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience in selective private school admissions or competitive program enrollment.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services, or executive-level support roles.
  • Experience developing or refining enrollment processes, SOPs, or service standards.
  • Comfort leveraging data and CRM insights to enhance conversion quality, not merely speed.
