About the role

This role is designed to safeguard standards within Alpha's forward-thinking educational model. The objective is not enrollment maximization but proper alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial engagement through final onboarding.
  • Facilitate needs-based discussions to evaluate compatibility before offering solutions or advising on subsequent actions.
  • Oversee 20+ concurrent family interactions at varying enrollment phases, with transparent tracking of progress and scheduled communications.
  • Direct campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment discussions that articulate results, standards, and model suitability with clarity.
  • Ensure precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable accurate forecasting, strategic prioritization, and service excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years providing exceptional, individualized service in settings where service caliber directly influences brand standing (education, upscale hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or owner-operated service businesses).
  • Proven management of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial inquiry through final onboarding.
  • Experience concurrently handling 20+ client, guest, or family accounts at various progression stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization methodology.
  • Capacity to supply specific examples of advisory decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when alignment was absent.
  • Professional correspondence experience with C-level executives, high-net-worth clientele, or discerning stakeholders.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Background in competitive independent school admissions or selective program recruitment.
  • Experience developing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance enrollment quality rather than merely velocity.

Benefits

Compensation: $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment period: Weekly.
