About the role

This role is designed to uphold standards for Alpha's ambitious educational model, integrating demanding academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. The objective is not to maximize numbers but to ensure fit.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, from initial application to final enrollment.
  • Evaluate compatibility and facilitate meaningful dialogue with prospective families.
  • Oversee 20+ concurrent family relationships across various enrollment stages, ensuring accurate CRM and enrollment documentation.
  • Direct campus tours, student shadow visits, and decision-oriented meetings that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Ensure accurate CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or owner-operated services).
  • Proven ownership of a full-cycle client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through onboarding completion.
  • Experience managing 20+ client, guest, or family relationships concurrently at varying stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization system.
  • Capacity to share specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your product or service due to poor fit.
  • Professional written communication proficiency with senior leaders, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients.
  • Readiness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience in admissions for selective private schools or competitive enrollment programs.
  • Background in high-end hospitality, VIP guest relations, or executive-level support positions.
  • Experience developing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
  • Comfort leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely pace.
