Director of Engineering, GRC Program Orchestration

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver high-quality results sustainably
• Identify and implement strategies that add value to customers and business
• Guide technical strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and GTM teams to develop market-ready products
• Create an environment for team growth through coaching and mentorship
• Influence and shape the engineering culture and strategy at the company
• Ensure the protection of the company and customer data in operations

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience in complex, high-growth environments
• Proven track record in building and inspiring engineering teams
• Strong business acumen with a focus on product innovation
• Excellent decision-making skills with a balance of speed and quality
• Effective communicator able to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Flexibility to operate at strategic and execution levels
• Openness to leveraging AI for enhancing work efficiency

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually

Schedule

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
