For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Director of Engineering Data Products to join their team. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, partnering with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap for Data Products, including data modeling and ingestion processes
- Manage and optimize the clinical data ingestion pipeline
- Oversee customer data onboarding and improve data hygiene and observability
- Support enterprise reporting framework through increased visibility across the organization
- Drive adoption of AI-integrated Software Development Life Cycle to enhance coding and deployment efficiency
Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience specializing in high-scale data platforms and distributed systems
- Proven expertise in managing and scaling teams for data-intensive workloads and clinical data pipelines
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software in regulated settings
- Track record of implementing AI-assisted development workflows to enhance productivity
- In-depth knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance for engineering systems in healthcare environments
- Passionate about utilizing technical skills to improve patient outcomes
- Strong aptitude for addressing the complexities and standardization issues in clinical data
Pay
$223,100 – $290,000 annually
