Director of Engineering - Data & AI Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Set and execute the engineering strategy for the data and AI platform
• Deliver capabilities across foundational data and AI products
• Establish and enforce engineering standards for operational excellence
• Build partnerships across multiple business units and communicate progress to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8-10 years of IT experience
• 3+ years managing IT employees
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data or analytics organizations
• Strong skills in strategic planning and communication

$147,750 – $280,750 annually
