Job Summary

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for Engineering, Maintenance, Distribution, and Facilities that support company growth and operational objectives.
Lead warehouse, distribution, and logistics optimization initiatives to improve service, efficiency, and scalability.
Drive automation, technology adoption, and process improvements across manufacturing and distribution operations.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators focused on productivity, safety, quality, cost, and asset utilization.
Oversee capital expenditure planning, facility upgrades, infrastructure investments, and engineering projects.
Lead preventative and predictive maintenance programs that maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
Manage maintenance operations across multiple facilities while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
Optimize warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory movement, and distribution technologies.
Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and executive leadership to improve material flow and customer delivery performance.
Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams while driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related environment. Experience leading multiple functional areas, including Engineering, Maintenance, Distribution, Logistics, or Facilities.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational improvements, capital projects, and process transformation initiatives.
Experience managing departmental budgets, resource allocation, and capital expenditure planning.
Knowledge, Skills, + Abilities: Strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance methodologies. Expertise in warehouse operations, distribution systems, logistics management, and inventory control. Experience implementing automation, operational technology, and continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization principles. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, ROI analysis, and capital investments. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence change and drive results across cross-functional teams. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
