Director of Engineering

Primary Responsibilities of the Role

• Own and continuously improve the software development lifecycle from planning through release and post-launch operations
• Drive predictable, high-quality delivery through engineering standards, delivery processes, and operational excellence
• Monitor and improve engineering effectiveness metrics, including DORA and delivery performance indicators
• Partner with Product and Design leaders to align planning, prioritization, and execution across teams
