Job Details
- Lead and develop the engineering team, setting priorities, driving accountability, and supporting performance and growth
- Translate business and product goals into structured engineering plans with clear milestones, ownership, and timelines
- Establish and track KPIs to measure execution, responsiveness, and overall team performance
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, and support teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution
- Oversee new product development and sustaining engineering, ensuring quality, manufacturability, and on-time delivery
