We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes GENERAL SUMMARY, ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (with subparts), Benefits, MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (maybe Requirements/Qualifications), maybe Skills, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Pay and Schedule: posting mentions hybrid schedule (3 days in-office) and location. So schedule info exists: hybrid schedule (3 days in-office). Pay not mentioned. So we should not include Pay section. Benefits: there is a Benefits section with details. So include Benefits heading. About the role: we have GENERAL SUMMARY. Could map to About the role. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES. Requirements/Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS. Skills: maybe Knowledge, Skills & Abilities within qualifications; but we could put under Requirements or separate Skills. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can combine Requirements and Qualifications? Probably separate but we can include both if content. The posting has MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS which includes Required Education, Required Length & Type of Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. That covers Requirements and Skills. Could split: Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (knowledge, skills & abilities). We'll do that. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove the "Are you a MATCH?" line? That's maybe a heading but not substantive; we can drop. Also remove the long underscores. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for headings. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to include schedule: hybrid schedule (3 days in-office). So Schedule section with that. We need to include Benefits: we have two benefits paragraphs; combine? We'll list benefits as

    • items. We need to include About the role: from GENERAL SUMMARY. Responsibilities: from ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, we can break into sub-sections? Probably just list duties as
      • . The posting has bullet-like paragraphs with headings like Energy Strategy, Energy Management, Risk Management, Cost Control, Collaboration. We can keep those as part of list items, maybe each as a
      • with the heading bold? But we cannot add extra tags beyond

        ,
        • ,

. We can embed the heading text inside

        • . That's fine. Requirements: education and experience. Skills: knowledge, skills & abilities list. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Let's extract content.
