We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director to lead a thriving early education school with a state-of-the-art facility serving infants through preschool-aged children. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of center operations
  • Support, coach, and develop a team of educators and administrative staff
  • Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and quality standards
  • Foster strong relationships with families and the community
  • Support enrollment growth and retention initiatives
  • Manage daily operations, payroll, billing, and administrative functions
  • Monitor financial performance and operate effectively within established budgets
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture

Qualifications

  • Required:
  • CDA, Associate's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Director I and II credential
  • Previous leadership experience in roles such as Director, Assistant Director, Program Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Department Lead
  • Classroom teaching experience across multiple age groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred:
  • Experience leading programs serving 100+ enrolled children
  • Experience supervising 20 or more employees
  • Knowledge of enrollment management and marketing strategies
  • Financial and operational acumen
  • Experience with payroll, billing, and computer applications used in childcare operations
  • Proven ability to build and retain high-performing teams
