Essential Duties
- Responsible for the day-to-day reporting and analytic needs of the organization by ensuring data accuracy, building visualizations, designing reports, and dashboards.
- Use data insights to create a narrative around partners' ticket markets.
- Serve as an internal consultant on the use of data and analytics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and identify data-driven opportunities.
- Utilize internal and external data and systems to establish an understanding of market behaviors and information.
- Execute ad-hoc projects, analyses, special assignments, and related tasks as needed or requested.
- Collaborate and maintain effective communication with external consultants to ensure project alignment, timely deliverables, and successful outcomes.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Keep up to date on industry trends and news.
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 6+ years of data analytics experience; sports and entertainment industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of and interest in sports and live entertainment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Maintains a positive, success-oriented attitude while upholding integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading conversations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High proficiency with Excel, including ability to build complex spreadsheet models, run pivots, macros, v-lookups and other advanced functions.
- Strong quantitative, financial modeling skills, including exposure to SQL and relational databases; demonstrated ability to design and implement statistical models in R and/or Python preferred but not required.
- Ability to deliver both a detail-oriented analyst and executive-level strategy.
- High proficiency in creating data visualizations with least one BI reporting platform (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Knowledge of data warehousing.
