About the role

The Director of Customer Success oversees the customer success team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the customer success team to ensure they meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and gather feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Manage customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management tools.
