Director of Customer Experience

ALIYA of Homewood is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Customer Experience to join our team. As a key member of our facility, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and their families. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, and evaluating the facility's customer service programs and activities
• Meet and greet new residents, observing their attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement to evaluate facility customer service and resident satisfaction
• Support all departments, including Dietary, Laundry, Housekeeping, Activities, and Social Services, to ensure the daily needs of residents are met
• Provide customer service that meets the needs of residents and families within the scope of services the facility can provide
• Participate in community planning related to the interests of facility customer service and the needs of residents and families
• Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability of Concierge
• Coordinate customer service initiatives with other departments as necessary
• Participate in facility surveys (inspections) conducted by authorized government agencies as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
