Director of Customer Enablement
. Responsibilities: Could be list of duties from "The Work:" and "Key Performance Objectives:" and maybe "Target Outcomes/Success Metrics:" as responsibilities? But those are outcomes. Better to list responsibilities as bullet points from the work description and key performance objectives. Requirements: Required Qualifications list. Qualifications: Preferred Experience list. Skills: maybe combine some skill items from required qualifications like leadership, transformation record, scalable program design, technology and AI fluency, data-driven management, people and change leadership, executive influence, operational discipline. Could be separate but we already have Required Qualifications. The instruction says use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. Could treat Requirements as required qualifications, Qualifications as preferred experience, Skills as maybe the skill-based bullet points (like leadership, transformation record etc). But there is overlap. We need to avoid duplication? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all info, but we can distribute across sections without duplication? Might be okay to have some overlap if needed to preserve info, but better to avoid repeating same sentences. However we must preserve all info; if we split, we need to ensure each piece appears somewhere. Let's extract pieces: Company description: About Lexipol (mission). Could be placed under About the role? Might be considered company overview, not role. But we have no "About the company" section. Could include in About the role as context. It's substantive. The Work: description of role responsibilities. Key Performance Objectives: bullet list of areas (strategy and transformation, scalable customer learning, AI and technology adoption, etc). Each area has sub-bullets. Those are responsibilities. Required Qualifications: bullet list. Preferred Experience: bullet list. Target Outcomes/Success Metrics: bullet list of outcomes (transformation roadmap, broader customer reach, faster customer value, effective self-service, AI-enabled operations, product readiness, accountable team). Those could be considered responsibilities or goals; maybe put under Responsibilities as expected outcomes. Compensation and Benefits: includes pay and benefits. Thus we can structure:
About the role
Director of Customer Enablement will lead transformation... (from The Work paragraph). Also include company mission? Could add a sentence about Lexipol mission.

We could also mention competitive base salary, incentives but that's in Benefits. Might be duplication but okay. Schedule: not present, omit. About the role section: we need to include the mission description maybe. Let's craft About the role:At Lexipol, the mission is to create safer communities and empower front‑line professionals with market‑leading content and technology. The Director of Customer Enablement will lead the transformation of Lexipol's customer enablement function from a primarily live‑training model into a scalable, technology‑enabled experience that helps customers reach value faster, adopt more of the solutions they own, and succeed throughout the customer lifecycle.
That captures both company mission and role summary. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The posting also includes "Department: Customer Success" and "Posting Location: Remote". Should we include that? The instruction says do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. Department and location are minor metadata; we could include them in About the role paragraph or a separate short p. Probably include a short p after About the role:
Department: Customer Success • Posting Location: Remote
. That preserves info. Also "About Lexipol" repeated later; we already included mission. The later About Lexipol paragraph is similar; we can ignore duplicate. Now check for any other info: "Targeting base salary of $150,000 plus annual bonus." Already in Pay. "Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with
