Director of Creative Production
Position Summary
The Director of Creative Production is responsible for ensuring all content and marketing assets are produced with technical excellence, brand consistency, and compliance with vendor requirements. This role serves as the guardian of the 1-800-TruckWreck brand, protecting and strengthening the company's visual identity and storytelling across all markets.
Key Responsibilities
Production Leadership: Serve as the primary guardian of the production of all across all markets. Maintain consistency in brand standards, messaging, and visual identity. Develop and manage production schedules, workflows, and asset trafficking processes. Ensure all creative work aligns with company objectives and performance goals.
Campaign Production Development & Creative Strategy: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across: Television, Radio, OTT/Streaming Platforms, Digital Advertising, Social Media, Websites, Community Marketing Programs, Scholarship Programs, Point-of-Purchase (POP) Materials, Internal Communications. Guide campaigns from concept development through final production and delivery. Collaborate with marketing leadership to create impactful, result-driven creative solutions.
Production Leadership: Oversee all aspects of production, including: Video Production, Radio and Audio Production, Photography, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics and Animation, Studio Scheduling, Vendor Management. Manage and mentor graphic designers, video editors, motion designers, copywriters, production coordinators, and freelance creative partners. Establish and enforce creative quality standards and production best practices.
Operations & Resource Management: Own production workflows, asset management systems, and equipment management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and production partners. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Improve production efficiency, scalability, and resource utilization. Drive continuous improvement and creative innovation.
Qualifications
Required Experience: 2+ years of experience in creative leadership, production management, or creative direction. Proven experience leading and developing creative teams. Strong background in digital marketing and integrated marketing campaigns. Professional experience in video production and post-production. Strong graphic design background. Web design experience, including proficiency with Webflow. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success managing creative vendors, freelancers, and production partners. Strong portfolio showcasing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Skills & Competencies: Creative vision with strong attention to detail. Expertise in brand management and storytelling. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities. Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and performance metrics. Understanding of performance marketing and creative analytics.
Physical Requirements
Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions. Stationary Position – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. Move or Traverse – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area. Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs. Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information - The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, Assess - The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
