We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the job description includes sections: Job Description (intro), Key Responsibilities (with sub-sections Corporate Accounting, OneStream Strategy & Governance, Finance Integration and Transformation), Experience, Qualifications And Education, Benefits (maybe), About Us, About The Team, Additional Details (EEO etc). We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the EEO statements, accommodation request, etc. Also remove "About Us" maybe? It's not a required heading but we can include if it has substantive content. The instructions: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we need to decide which sections to include. We have: - Job title already shown, we must not repeat as heading. - Intro paragraph: "Grant Thornton is seeking a Director of Corporate Accounting and Consolidations to join the team. Approved office locations can be found below. Director of Corporate Accounting and Consolidations The Director of Corporate Accounting and Consolidations is responsible for leading the global financial consolidation, close. This is a newly created role resulting from the growth of the Grant Thornton Advisory multinational platform. This role oversees the integrity of the consolidated financial statements and drives the strategic development of consolidation processes, controls, reporting capabilities. This successful candidate will play a key leadership role in acquisitions, finance transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement of consolidation and close processes." We can put that under an

About the role

maybe. The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those headings where appropriate. Thus:

About the role

with paragraph(s) summarizing the role description. Then Responsibilities: we have Key Responsibilities with sub-sections. We can combine into a
  • list, maybe grouping. But we need to preserve all substantive information. Could break into subheadings? Not required; we can just list responsibilities as bullet points. We have Corporate Accounting (list of duties), OneStream Strategy & Governance (list), Finance Integration and Transformation (list). We'll combine into one list or separate subheadings? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could keep one Responsibilities section with bullet points covering all. Then Experience, Qualifications And Education: we can have a Requirements or Qualifications section. Use

    Requirements

maybe. The bullet list includes: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA required, 10+ years progressive accounting, reporting, and consolidation experience, 5+ years leadership experience managing accounting or finance organizations, Significant experience overseeing global consolidations, Hands-on experience with OneStream or other leading EPM platform, Experience supporting multinational organizations and their consolidation process, Public accounting background preferred, Experience with acquisitions, including accounting following the guidance of ASC 805, as well -merger integrations preferred, Expert knowledge of ASC 810 Consolidation, ASC 830 Foreign Currency Matters, Understanding of OneStream Business Rules and VB.NET logic a plus, Exceptional project and change management skills, Ability to influence across functions and geographies, Continuous improvement orientation, Strong risk and control mindset. We'll list as
    • . Pay: The posting includes base salary range $172,000 to $232,000. So we should include a Pay section with that info. Use

      Pay

      and a

with the range and note about placement. Benefits: The posting includes a Benefits section with description and link. We should include Benefits section. The text: "Benefits: We understand that your needs, responsibilities and experiences are different, and we think that’s a good thing. That’s why we support you with personalized and comprehensive benefits that recognize and empower all the identities, roles and aspirations that make you, well, you. For an overview of our benefit offerings, please visit: https://www.grantthornton.com/careers/rewards-and-benefits Benefits for internship positions: ..." plus details about interns, seasonal employees, bonus eligibility. This is substantive. We'll include Benefits section with

      • maybe summarizing? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details. Could put as paragraphs. Schedule: The posting mentions hybrid work model: "Consistent with the firm's hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least three days per week, either at a GT office or client site." Also mention work location, weekly schedule, flex time off. So we can include Schedule section. About Us and About The Team: Could be included as sections but maybe not required. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. About Us and About The Team are somewhat generic but contain specific info about Grant Thornton. Might be considered substantive. However we might combine them into About the company? But we already have About the role. Could include About the company as a section? Not in the list of headings but we could still use

        About the company

though not in examples. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those examples. Safer to stick to those headings. So we may omit About Us and About The Team if they'd be thin? They have some detail but could be considered boilerplate? Might be okay to include as About the role? But we already used About the role for role description. Could incorporate company info into About the role paragraph? Might be stretching. Better to include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay, Benefits, Schedule. Possibly also Qualifications? Actually Requirements covers qualifications. We'll not duplicate. We must not include duplicated lines, boilerplate, EEO, accommodation request, etc. Also remove "Approved office locations can be found below." (no list given) maybe drop. We must not include application instructions like "Here’s what you can expect next: If you apply and are selected to interview, a Grant Thornton team member will reach out to you..." etc. Remove. Also remove "See how at www.gt.com/careers" etc. We must preserve all substantive information: salary range, benefits description, schedule requirement, responsibilities, qualifications. Now craft HTML. Structure:
