For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Director of Contract Manufacturing to join their team. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Lead supplier selection, capacity planning, and network design initiatives
  • Negotiate contracts for optimal pricing and service levels in collaboration with Legal and Procurement teams
  • Manage contract manufacturer relationships, setting KPIs and driving performance improvements
  • Oversee pricing forecasts and budget management to align with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional consumer product experiences
  • Coach and develop team members to promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
  • Support sustainability and social responsibility initiatives within the supply chain

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience in supply chain management or contract manufacturing in the CPG sector
  • Experience in a VMS manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Track record of managing large contract manufacturing networks and strategic supplier relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and supply chain risk management
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex supplier contracts
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost optimization
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams

Pay

$162,000 – $198,000 annually
