Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in telecom field operations-construction project builds, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure, equipment, and industry standards covering underground and aerial construction methods
• Proven experience in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in telecom field operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field to the industry (preferred)
• Professional certifications in telecom or project management (preferred)
• Experience with advanced telecom technologies and innovations (preferred)
• Strong understanding of safety and regulatory compliance requirements (preferred)
