What if Compliance was the team people wanted to call before a problem became a problem? That is the culture we're building at Logan Health, and we're looking for an experienced compliance leader to help lead it. We're hiring a Director of Compliance Regulatory to lead the Logan Health Compliance Program and a team of four Compliance & Privacy Partners. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who brings deep regulatory knowledge but also believes the strongest compliance programs are built through trust, collaboration, education and strong relationships. This Director will oversee the implementation and continued development of our Compliance Program, lead system-wide compliance risk assessments, oversee investigations and corrective action plans, monitor regulatory changes, develop compliance dashboards and work directly with leaders across the organization to integrate compliance into day-to-day healthcare operations. The role also works closely with Compliance and Privacy leadership across Logan Health and Billings Clinic as we continue developing a coordinated approach across the health system. What we're looking for:• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; JD, MBA/MHA, PhD or other appropriate advanced degree preferred• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience required• Minimum 7 years of compliance administration experience required• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) required within 2 years of hire• Proficient knowledge of federal and state regulatory law, including fraud and abuse laws, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA Privacy and Security, Medicare Conditions of Participation, EMTALA, FDA and/or OHRP regulations• Proven experience designing, building and implementing a system-wide compliance program• Strong communication, critical thinking and organizational skills• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and sound judgment• Healthcare compliance experience is strongly preferred. Beyond the qualifications, we're looking closely at how you lead. You should be someone people trust and want to work with. You can walk into a difficult compliance situation, understand the regulatory risk and help a team figure out the right path forward. You are comfortable advising senior leaders, but equally comfortable helping someone who simply has a question and doesn't know where to start. We want a leader who is collaborative, approachable and curious. Someone who can hold high standards without creating a culture of fear around Compliance. Someone comfortable with change and ambiguity who knows how to research, learn and adapt as healthcare regulations continue to change. This is an opportunity to lead an established Compliance Program while helping shape how Compliance is experienced across a growing health system.
