Director of Compliance (Physician Services) - HYBRID

A healthcare organization in Westchester, NY is seeking a Director of Compliance to oversee compliance activities supporting its physician services operations. This hybrid leadership opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in strengthening compliance across a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the annual compliance work plan, risk assessments, audits, and corrective action initiatives
• Advising leadership, physicians, and staff on regulatory compliance, HIPAA, policies, and emerging requirements
• Serving as HIPAA Privacy Officer and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, training programs, and educational materials
• Investigating potential compliance violations, identifying trends, maintaining documentation, and supporting regulatory inquiries
• Identifying high-risk areas and partnering with leadership and internal departments to implement compliance improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred
• 3-5 years of physician compliance or regulatory management experience within a large hospital, academic medical center, or healthcare organization
• Experience with physician compliance required; contracts and physician onboarding experience strongly preferred

Pay

Compensation: $145,000 – $184,000
