About the role
The Director of Compliance is responsible for ensuring all company operations comply with legal and regulatory standards. This role requires a deep understanding of industry regulations and the ability to implement policies that prevent misconduct.
Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance programs and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and enforce internal policies to mitigate risks and promote ethical behavior.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in compliance practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes.
- Stay updated on changes in legal and regulatory environments and adjust compliance strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in compliance roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing compliance programs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications

$100,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
