Director of Community Relations - The Park at Surprise
About the role
The Park at Surprise is seeking a mission-minded and relationship-driven sales & marketing leader to join their team as the Director of Community Relations. Responsibilities
- Develop and increase occupancy levels and high-quality census through actively campaigning to sell the Community’s outstanding senior living options and living standards.
- Be the community leader responsible for providing the highest level of customer service including building a prospect base, responding to inquiries, generating and giving community tours, and performing purposeful follow-up.
- Coordinate the annual and monthly marketing action plans.
- Maintain census rates and inquiry history.
- Maintain marketing collateral.
- Cover all move-ins.
- Maintain the mailing and follow-up calls with customers and referrals.
- Complete a weekly marketing report.
- Maintain Guest and Showrooms.
- Communicate regularly with department managers, community leaders, and other marketing staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Sales and marketing experience.
- Experience working in the senior living industry is preferred.
- Effective leader who loves working with seniors.
- Team-focused individual with a deep commitment to customer service.
- Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
- Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
