Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships within the region to identify new business development opportunities.
- Support the Business Development team by connecting with industry professionals and leveraging those relationships to support the sales process.
- Promote brand awareness and product knowledge within the region by scheduling and working with the appropriate internal departments to organize facility tours and product demonstrations.
- Identify promotional/advertisement opportunities within the region and work with the Marketing and Public Relations team to create content.
- Identify top management companies in the regions and conduct lunch and learn to effectively communicate the Hotwire brand.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure Hotwire is consistently engaged within specific organizations and represented properly within the market.
- Develop and implement strategies that align the organization's goals with community needs.
- Engage and participate with target organizations to be part of committees and executive level seats.
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities to network and develop relationships.
- Attend events including tradeshows/expos, Chamber of Commerce, Trade Association as needed to support the Business Development team and the regional sales goals.
- Utilize all networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads for the Business Development Team.
- Update and maintain the Salesforce database with correct contact information and sales leads.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of residential/commercial products.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and travel as required by business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing and certification in CMCA, AMS, PCAM, or CFCAM.
- Demonstrated success with essential functions and a minimum of 8 years’ experience.
- Exceptional selling and relationship building skills.
- Networking superstar.
- A proven record of strong client relationships.
- Customer service skills.
- Must be highly effective in two-way communication to include written, verbal and telephone skills.
- Natural team player with unquestioned integrity and business ethics.

- Must be able to legally drive and provide own transportation to various locations in organizational service area, including weekends and evenings.
