Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the online survey platform
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate data collection and analysis
- Implement improvements to the association management software based on user feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with online survey tools and association management systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SQL and database management
- Experience with web development languages such as HTML and CSS
