We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if there is real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like application instructions, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The intro paragraph after "JOIN OUR AMAZING TEAM! Director of Coaches - Leadership Team Member Lead People. Build a Team. Make an Impact." Actually the posting includes a description: "This is a hands-on leadership role...". That could be About the role. - Responsibilities: The list under "THE JOB As our Director of Coaching, you will help lead the people responsible for delivering the Soccer Shots experience every day. You will:" then bullet list. - Requirements / Qualifications: The "WHAT YOU NEED" list: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills..., Reliable transportation..., Ability to pass required background checks..., Required immunizations..., Employment is contingent upon cleared FBI & DOJ Live Scan background checks, BONUS: 12 approved Early Childhood Education units already completed. - Skills: maybe "Leadership + Management" section describing traits. Could be Skills or Qualities. But we have limited headings; we can put under Skills. - Benefits: The posting lists "Benefits: Training & development Bonus based on performance Flexible schedule" then later "What You Get Training: $20 per hour Head Coaching starting at $25 per hour $200 signing bonus if approved 12 Early Childhood Education units are already completed Flexible schedule Leadership development Career and advancement opportunities The opportunity to develop and lead an amazing team Work that has a genuine impact on children, families, coaches and the San Diego community". So Benefits section includes training, bonus, flexible schedule, etc. - Pay: The posting includes "$22–$30 per hour 10-15 Coaching Hours per week Starting at $25 per hour". Also "Training: $20 per hour". Also "$200 signing bonus". So we need Pay section. - Schedule: The posting includes "SCHEDULE 20-30 Non-Coaching Leadership/Administrative hours per week, plus coaching and field responsibilities. $22–$30 per hour 10-15 Coaching Hours per week Starting at $25 per hour Typical Schedule: (Flexible to fit what works) Saturday: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Sunday: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Monday: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Tuesday: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Wednesday: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Thursday: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Friday: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Flexible weekday hours based on hiring, training, scheduling and program needs Because this position leads our coaching team, some flexibility is necessary when unexpected situations arise." We need to separate Pay and Schedule. The schedule includes hours and typical schedule. Pay includes rates. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we capture all substantive info. We need to avoid application instructions: "How To Apply Respond directly to this job posting or apply online. Visit Soccer Shots San Diego Central & North and click Employment. Email: sdjobs@soccershots.com Call: 619-847-1377 or 619-566-9566 Flexible work from home options available." Must drop. Also drop core values? The core values section is substantive? It's about company values; maybe we could include under About the role or maybe as a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role as prose. But we must not invent headings. We can include core values in About the role paragraph. Also drop "Who We Are" description maybe also part of About the role. We need to ensure we don't include navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. Now craft HTML. Structure:

About the role

... (combined intro, who we are, core values maybe)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support and develop our team of Soccer Shots coaches
  • Build genuine relationships with coaches and create a strong, connected team culture
  • Recruit, interview, hire and onboard excellent new coaches
  • Train, observe, evaluate and continually develop coaches
  • Help coaches grow into trainers, mentors and future leaders
  • Run coach meetings, trainings and special events
  • Help create and manage coach schedules based on program and team needs
  • Proactively solve scheduling challenges, call-outs and coverage issues
  • Step in and help when unexpected coaching challenges arise
  • Maintain strong communication with coaches so issues are identified before they become emergencies
  • Help hold coaches accountable to Soccer Shots standards and expectations
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador with our schools, parks and community partners
  • Help protect and strengthen partner relationships when challenges arise
  • Work collaboratively with our leadership and administrative team to accomplish company goals
  • Identify problems, bring solutions and help improve the systems that support our coaching team
  • Support the team outside your normal lane when necessary to help the organization succeed
  • Represent Soccer Shots positively and professionally in the community

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • A genuine desire to develop and support people
  • Soccer Shots coaches must love children and be ready to have fun! (maybe this is about coaches but still requirement? It's about coaches but we can keep as requirement for director? It says "Soccer Shots coaches must love children and be ready to have fun!" Might be a note about coaches but we can keep as requirement for understanding.)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License—we travel throughout San Diego County
  • Ability to pass required background checks
  • Required immunizations/documentation, including TB test, MMR and Tdap
  • Employment is contingent upon cleared FBI & DOJ Live Scan background checks
  • BONUS: 12 approved Early Childhood Education units already completed
But note: The "BONUS: 12 approved Early Childhood Education units already completed." could be under Benefits or Qualifications. We'll keep under Requirements as a bonus.

Skills

Maybe we can put leadership + management traits: Love leading and developing people, Naturally build strong relationships, Enjoy helping others become better at what they do, Comfortable having both encouraging and difficult conversations, Take ownership instead of waiting for someone else to solve a problem, Communicate clearly, professionally and respectfully—even when something goes wrong, Can organize people and schedules without losing sight of the people behind them, Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a leadership team, Willing to jump in when the team needs you, Want responsibility, accountability and an opportunity to grow, Humble enough to learn and confident enough to lead. We'll put as
    .

    Benefits

    • Training & development
    • Bonus based on performance
    • Flexible schedule
    • Training: $20 per hour
    • Head Coaching starting at $25 per hour
    • $200 signing bonus if approved
    • 12 Early Childhood Education units are already completed
    • Leadership development
    • Career and advancement opportunities
    • The opportunity to develop and lead an amazing team
    • Work that has a genuine impact on children, families, coaches and the San Diego community
But note some of these overlap with Pay and Schedule. We need to avoid duplication. The Benefits section should contain non-pay benefits like training & development, bonus based on performance, flexible schedule, leadership development, career advancement, impact, etc. The Pay section will contain rates: Training $20/hr, Head Coaching starting at $25/hr, $200 signing bonus, maybe also $22–$30 per hour range. The schedule section will contain hours: 20-30 Non-Coaching Leadership/Administrative hours per week, plus coaching and field responsibilities. 10-15 Coaching Hours per week. Typical schedule: Saturday 8am-12pm, Sunday 8am-12pm, Monday-Friday 8am-12pm, flexible weekday hours. We need to ensure we don't duplicate the same info across sections. Let's extract Pay specifics: From posting: - "$22–$30 per hour 10-15 Coaching Hours per week Starting at $25 per hour" Actually that line seems mixed: "$22–$30 per hour 10-15 Coaching Hours per week Starting at $25 per hour". Might be describing pay range for the role? Also earlier: "Training: $20 per hour Head Coaching starting at $25 per hour $200 signing bonus if approved". Also later: "$22–$30 per hour 10-15 Coaching Hours per week Starting at $25 per hour". So we have: - Training: $20 per hour - Head Coaching starting at $25 per hour - $200 signing bonus if approved - Pay range: $22–$30 per hour (maybe overall compensation) - Starting at $25 per hour (maybe base) - 10-15 Coaching Hours per week (but that's schedule) We'll put Pay section with:
    • Training: $20 per hour
    • Head Coaching starting at $25 per hour
    • $200 signing bonus if approved
    • Pay range: $22–$30 per hour
But note "Starting at $25 per hour" is already covered by Head Coaching starting at $25 per hour. Might be redundant. We'll keep both? Could combine: "Head Coaching starting at $25 per hour". The "$22–$30 per hour" maybe overall. We'll include. Now Schedule section:
    • 20-30 Non-Coaching Leadership/Administrative hours per week, plus coaching and field responsibilities
    • 10-15 Coaching Hours per week
    • Typical schedule (flexible to fit what works):
      • Saturday: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
      • Sunday: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
      • Monday: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
      • Tuesday: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
      • Wednesday: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
      • Thursday: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
      • Friday: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
    • Flexible weekday hours based on hiring, training, scheduling and program needs
    • Because this position leads our coaching team, some flexibility is necessary when unexpected situations arise.
But we need to keep proper nesting:
