Responsibilities
- Develop personal finance courses for freshmen and sophomores
- Recruit and coordinate adjunct instructors and guest speakers
- Plan and promote financial literacy speakers or events each semester
- Create engaging programming for diverse student audiences
- Launch and manage the company-wide financial literacy badge credential
- Build partnerships across campus and seek funding opportunities
- Establish learning outcomes and verification processes for badges

Qualifications
- MBA from an accredited institution preferred
- 6 years of relevant experience in financial services or related fields
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in classroom instruction and co-curricular program management
- Established professional network for speaker engagement
- Event planning and promotion expertise
