Who we're looking for
We are looking for an RN who wants to lead, not simply complete nursing tasks. Our ideal RN sees what needs attention and takes responsibility for getting it completed. They develop their team, anticipate problems, meet deadlines, and keep the clinical department organized. Our goal is to have a strong partnership between our Administrator and Director of Clinical Services, allowing each leader to take ownership of their department while working together to provide exceptional resident care and grow the community.
