We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Additional Information Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer. We work to promote differences in a collaborative and respectful manner. We are committed to a work environment that supports, encourages and motivates all individuals without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age, disability, national or ethnic origin, military service status, citizenship, genetic information, or other protected characteristic. At Enhabit, we celebrate and embrace the special differences that makes our community extraordinary. We need to remove EEO boilerplate (the Additional Information paragraph). Also remove any duplicated lines. Also remove any navigation/legal/EEO etc. So we will drop the Additional Information paragraph. We need to keep substantive info: compensation range, generous paid time off, overview description, responsibilities, qualifications (including required and preferred), state-specific requirements (Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maryland). Also maybe "The Enhabit Advantage" benefits list. We need to decide sections: Could have Overview (maybe "About the role" or "Overview") but we can't repeat job title. Use headings like "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Benefits", "Pay". However we must only include sections if there is real specific content. Pay: we have compensation range $95k-$105k annually. That's specific, so we can include a Pay section. Benefits: we have generous paid time off, 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision, supplemental insurance, flexible spending accounts, incentive bonus opportunities, continuing education and scholarship opportunities. That's specific, so Benefits section. Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not create Schedule section. Skills: Could be included under Qualifications or separate Skills section. The qualifications list includes technology skills, communication, etc. Could be part of Qualifications. The instruction says use headings like Skills if appropriate. But we can combine. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include the overview paragraph(s). Also the "Looking for a career..." paragraph. We need to format as HTML fragment: use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide which content goes into which section. Potential sections: - About the role (or Overview): includes the introductory paragraph(s) about Enhabit, mission, etc. Also maybe compensation range? But compensation range could be separate Pay section. - Pay: compensation range. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Responsibilities: two bullet points. - Qualifications: list of required and preferred qualifications (including state-specific). Could be a long list; we can break into required and preferred sublists? But we can just list all as

      • . Might be long but okay. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. The qualifications list includes many items; we need to include them all. We also need to include state-specific requirements. They are under "Education and experience, state specific". We should incorporate them as part of Qualifications. We also need to include the "Other than for designated full-time remote positions..." paragraph about in-office attendance essential. That's a qualification/requirement; we can include in Qualifications. We need to avoid repeating the same content. Now, let's extract the prose. Overview paragraph(s): "Looking for a career that makes a difference every day? Discover a rewarding career at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, one of the nation’s largest home-based care providers. Consistently recognized as a great place to work, Enhabit delivers exceptional care and fosters a collaborative culture that supports professional growth and ongoing development. With strong organizational stability, a commitment to excellence, and careers rooted in purpose, Enhabit empowers team members to build forward-moving careers while expanding what’s possible for care in the home." Also there is "The Enhabit Advantage Enhabit offers competitive benefits designed to support well-being and help employees thrive in every stage of their careers. Eligible employees receive: Generous paid time off for full-time employees401(k) matchingMedical, dental and vision coverageSupplemental insurance optionsFlexible spending accountsIncentive bonus opportunitiesContinuing education and scholarship opportunities" But that seems to be benefits; we will move to Benefits section. Also there is "Overview Compensation Range - $95k - $105k annually Generous Paid Time Off". That's like a header line. We'll treat compensation as Pay section, and generous PTO as part of Benefits. Now, we need to avoid duplication: The benefits list includes "Generous paid time off for full-time employees". Already captured. Now, we need to format. We'll produce something like:
