Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and support to a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
- Oversee development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Ensure services are compliant with ethical and regulatory standards
- Conduct case reviews, audits, and monitor clinical quality assurance
- Collaborate with families and staff to promote client progress and satisfaction
- Offer ongoing training and mentorship for clinical staff
- Support the onboarding of new clinicians
Qualifications
- Must hold an active clinical license in Connecticut (e.g., BCBA-D, LBA, or similar)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy or related clinical leadership
- Demonstrated experience in supervising BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs
- Strong background in developing and overseeing treatment plans
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with virtual tools
