Director of Clinical Operations & Quality

A leading substance use treatment organization is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations and Quality to lead clinical programming across its OASAS, OMH, and DOH residential and outpatient programs. The Director of Clinical Operations and Quality will be responsible for:Developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based clinical programming and standards of care across OASAS and OMH programsMonitoring program fidelity, consistency, and standardization across sites and facilitating multidisciplinary case conferencesOverseeing cohesive treatment teams and clinical group schedules at each programTraining clinical staff in evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed careSupporting compliance, audit preparation, and quality improvement initiatives with the CMO and compliance teams Requirements:Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health CounselingActive NYS licensure required; LCSW or PhD preferredExperience with OASAS/OMH regulations and SUD program development, implementation, and quality improvementAbility to travel between Queens and Long Island locations Compensation: $185,000 - $200,000
