Raleigh Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Staff Development Coordinator / Nurse Educator to lead training, orientation, and clinical education for our nursing staff. Responsibilities
- Lead orientation and onboarding for new nursing staff
- Coordinate and conduct clinical education and in-service training
- Provide hands-on skills training and competency evaluations
- Mentor and support new nurses and nursing assistants
- Maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
- Partner with nursing leadership to strengthen team performance and retention
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care required
- Previous experience as a Staff Development Coordinator, Nurse Educator, or nursing leadership role preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for staff development and clinical excellence

Schedule
Monday–Friday Day Shift; on-call rotation as needed.
