Key Responsibilities
- Lead exceptional admissions journeys through personalized tours, information sessions, and enrollment dialogues that empower families to choose Alpha with confidence.
- Act as the primary ambassador for Alpha's flagship campus, welcoming media, international delegations, corporate partners, investors, education leaders, and other high-profile guests.
- Cultivate trusted partnerships with prospective families, learning their aspirations and illustrating how Alpha's approach enables students to achieve their full potential.
- Continuously enhance the flagship admissions journey by spotting opportunities to elevate every interaction and develop best practices scalable across the network.
- Collaborate closely with campus leadership, marketing, and admissions teams to guarantee every visitor experience mirrors Alpha's dedication to excellence.
Basic Requirements
- 5+ years delivering premium, personalized service in settings where service quality directly influences brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, premium membership, high-value services, or owner-operated businesses).
- Demonstrated ownership of a complete admissions, enrollment, or consultative client experience, spanning application, needs assessment, solution presentation, commitment, and onboarding.
- Demonstrated ownership of enrollment growth or comparable high-value customer-acquisition objectives, including proactive lead generation, local market or community partnership development, and measurable conversion or growth results.
- Experience managing multiple, concurrent prospective clients or families across different pipeline stages using a CRM, database, or other documented tracking system.
- Ability to provide concrete examples of consultative decision-making, including advising against your product or service when it was not the appropriate fit.
- Experience conducting in-person tours, presentations, consultations, or hosted experiences for prospective families, senior executives, VIP clients, or other high-profile visitors.
- Experience producing professional written communications for executives, high-net-worth clients, or other senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to live in or relocate within 60 days to Austin, TX.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

- Experience hosting executive-level visitors, media, VIP clients, or public-facing events.
