About the role
The Director of Client Finance will lead the financial strategy and operations for a key client portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies that align with client objectives and company goals
- Oversee financial planning and analysis for assigned clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners
- Provide financial guidance and support to clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of financial plans and initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in finance and client management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in a client-facing role
- Proven track record of successful financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with financial modeling and Excel
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience working with complex financial models and systems
- Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment
