Director of Client Advisory Services (CAS)
Overview
JCCS is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Director of Client Advisory Services (CAS) to lead and expand our advisory practice. This role is responsible for driving the vision, growth, and operational excellence of the CAS service line while delivering high-impact financial insights to our clients.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, growth, and overall performance of the CAS practice
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing CAS team
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on financial performance and business decisions
- Establish and grow a book of business through business development and client relationship management
- Identify opportunities to expand CAS services and enhance client value
- Oversee delivery of CAS engagements to ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency
- Develop and improve processes, workflows, and service offerings
- Drive adoption and optimization of technology and tools within the CAS function
- Collaborate with tax, audit, and firm leadership to deliver integrated client solutions
- Participate in firm initiatives related to growth, strategy, and team development
- Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned
To Qualify:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university
- Active CPA or CMA license
- 10+ years of experience in public accounting, advisory, or CAS services
- Proven experience leading teams, departments, or service lines
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and advisory services
