About the role
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Director of Child Wellness & Stabilization to lead our new Child Wellness Center and Stabilization Center. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Ensure all aspects of resident care are delivered in accordance with Buckeye Ranch policies and procedures, as well as established licensure and certification standards.
- Align services with system of care principles and actively participate in the Child Wellness Regional Advisory Council.
- Collaborate with local system partners to support residents and develop coordinated transition plans promoting stability and permanency.
- Provide oversight of daily operations across all shifts, coordinate program functions with other departments, and contribute to program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a human service or healthcare administration related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
- At least five years of relevant behavioral health experience.
- At least three years of relevant supervisory experience.
- Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

- Strong understanding of child welfare and stabilization practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with local systems and community partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay
- Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
