Join Class 101 and Sylvan Learning Center as the Director of Center in Coral Gables, FL, where you'll lead our mission to empower students through personalized education. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure a positive learning environment for students.
  • Manage and mentor a team of educators and support staff.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the community.
  • Coordinate events and workshops to promote student engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with Sylvan policies and procedures.
  • Utilize data-driven strategies to improve center performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in educational leadership or center management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for student success and educational development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours or willingness to take on a full-time position.
  • Background in tutoring or educational services is a plus.

Pay
