Director of Cath Lab 10k Sign on Bonus Eligible

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Workflow: Coordinate the daily procedural schedule to maximize lab utilization and ensure timely "door-to-balloon" results for emergency STEMI cases.
• Patient Safety: Direct the nursing and technical staff in the delivery of care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, pacemaker insertion, and EP studies.
• Emergency Readiness: Maintain 24/7 staffing readiness for cardiac emergencies and manage the departmental on-call rotation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure: Current, valid New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Education: BSN required (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). An MSN or Master’s in Healthcare Administration is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in a Cath Lab, ICU, or high-acuity Critical Care setting. At least 2 years of leadership experience (e.g., Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Managerial role).
• Certifications: * Required: BLS and ACLS. Preferred: CCRN (Critical Care).

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR), strong financial literacy, and advanced interpersonal communication.
