Director of Catering Conference Services

About the role

We're currently seeking an exuberant Director, Catering & Conference Services to join the team. Ideally, you're a luxury events pro and a natural salesperson who brings it all to life for our clients. That means developing creative ways to maximize profit, achieving set revenue goals, and supporting the financial, business and marketing objectives for meetings, parties and other gatherings. Creativity and imagination are both major pluses.

Qualifications

• Passionate about hospitality and food & beverage with a minimum of 6 years of similar work experience
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
• Expert in Catering & Events, a strong leader, natural salesperson with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written

• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
