Director of Carrier Managed Service Portfolio and Offer Development - Americas, EMEA

About the role

This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of a managed services portfolio strategy
• Introduce innovative service ideas to enhance partner value
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives
• Collaborate with sales teams to build strong service provider relationships
• Provide direction for creating sales enablement materials
• Communicate performance metrics to leadership for sales acceleration
• Foster team collaboration and mentor global teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecom sales, business development, product management, or channel management
• Experience with direct and indirect sales strategy, channel programs, and partner ecosystems
• Familiarity with the telecommunications ecosystem, including Global Carriers and Tier 1 & 2 Operators
• Strong understanding of telecom technologies such as optical transport and IP
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor diverse teams globally

Pay

$141,700 – $226,300 annually
