Director of Business Development (Skilled Nursing Facility/LTC)

Job Expectations

Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the facility are achieved and maintained.

Requirements

• Education / Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent, College graduate or College experience preferred
• Knowledge / Experience Required: At least 2 years of healthcare marketing and/or experience with admissions required. Long term care experience and/or comparable experience in a healthcare setting required. Performed bedside evaluations. Experience working with hospital case managers. Ability to work effectively with all members of a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly motivated and creative individual with an ability to work independently. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities Excellent time management skills
