Responsibilities

• Directs the planning and implementation of the sales process.
• Responsible for achieving budgeted admission activity for specified territory.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or finance, extensive related field experience, or be a licensed professional with extensive related field experience.
• Must have demonstrated experience and understand federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing the operations of Medicare certified home health and hospice.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license.
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Preferred Experience

• Related experience working with beneficiary qualifications.
• Previous experience with a Medicare home health or hospice.
• Management experience.
