About the role

The Director of Business Development will lead strategic initiatives to expand partnerships and collaborations within the gene and cell therapy space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the gene and cell therapy portfolio
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development or healthcare sales
  • Proven track record of developing and executing business development plans
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications

  • Experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of gene and cell therapy technologies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
