About the role

• Lead the delivery of complex building envelope investigation, restoration, rehabilitation, and modernization projects across commercial existing buildings.
• Provide technical leadership while overseeing façade investigations, repair strategies, construction documentation, and project delivery.
• Mentor and develop a growing technical team while driving operational excellence, quality, and project performance.
• Build lasting client relationships, support business development, and help shape the strategic growth of the Building Envelope division.

Requirements

• Licensed Architect (AIA) with extensive experience in building envelope consulting, restoration, rehabilitation, or existing buildings.
• Strong technical expertise in façades, waterproofing, masonry, building envelope systems, and repair methodologies.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams, complex projects, and client relationships within a consulting environment.
