Responsibilities
- Lead the financial reporting and analysis function for the organization
- Prepare and review financial reports for leadership decision-making
- Analyze financial information and perform advanced financial research
- Oversee budget and financial planning operations and resource allocation
- Serve as liaison with the State of Arkansas regarding finance matters
- Supervise financial reporting, planning, and analysis staff, ensuring high-quality output
- Collaborate with auditors to provide necessary data and explanations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
- Six years of experience in financial reporting and general ledger reporting
- Five years of supervisory or leadership experience required
- Knowledge of Arkansas Administrative Statewide Information System (AASIS)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software programs
