Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial reporting and analysis function for the organization
  • Prepare and review financial reports for leadership decision-making
  • Analyze financial information and perform advanced financial research
  • Oversee budget and financial planning operations and resource allocation
  • Serve as liaison with the State of Arkansas regarding finance matters
  • Supervise financial reporting, planning, and analysis staff, ensuring high-quality output
  • Collaborate with auditors to provide necessary data and explanations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Six years of experience in financial reporting and general ledger reporting
  • Five years of supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Knowledge of Arkansas Administrative Statewide Information System (AASIS)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software programs
